“In September then – and then we hope to create legal security for new legal business models and legal offer on the Internet. Of course that is positive but we also have to make sure that these new models are not zapped by free riders, people who use what you create, where you put a lot of investment in, use it for their own purposes. Therefore in September we will also come out with a revised regulation and rules on enforcement of laws which is only another word, protection of legal business models. This text is for September.”
