Situation according to an MEP looks hostile to spectrum technology innovation:

[Colleague in the CULT Committee] are very keen on television, radio and wireless microphone actors(!!). German television stated… that because they have considerable more customers than online streaming services, it’s important that we do not haste to new technologies too quickly.
