I could not agree less. All drafts and proposals of EIFv2 were equally immature, the december leaked draft worth some recommendations on how to improve it, the latest draft looked almost ok. Of course campaign organisations may chose to further delay it but what do you get out of this? Gerloff praises the original version and asks to get back to 2008, suggests citizens to call their CIO. What do you get out of this? The whole EIF2 was a document to be ready and delivered in 2007 latest. We are in 2010 now. It is just a small paper to be attached to a communication.
And there is more in the pipeline like the EIS, a strategy document on top of the EIFv2.
