SIL International is a organisation which develops fonts and tools for latin and non-latin languages, in particular minority languages with special type face needs.
One of their greatest achievements is the Gentium font, an antiqua renaissance font which covers the larger Unicode ranges.
I wonder why the European Union does not develop its own typeface.
